The Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument is for foot travel only, and contains two segments that provide opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, geologic observation, and plant identification.

2-Ghost Ranch (Abiquiu, NM) –
Visit the Lake at Abiquiu or the Presbyterian run facilities at Ghost Ranch. Hike where Georgia O’Keefe painted many of her famous landscapes.

3-4th of July Campground – (Manzano Mountain Wilderness) –
Camping, Hiking and picnicking are all available in the Manzanos.
HIKING Crimson Maple Trail (foot) – 0.5 miles Spring Trail Loop (foot) – 0.25 miles Fourth of July Trail #173 (foot and horse) – 1.3 miles Provides access to Manzano Mountain Wilderness.

4-Mt. Taylor (Grants, NM) –
Mount Taylor is a stratovolcano in northwest New Mexico, northeast of the town of Grants. It is the high point of the San Mateo Mountains and the highest point in the Cibola National Forest.
